Efforts to Satisfy Conditions. TOG shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date to cooperate with Sellers and the Acquired Companies for purposes of satisfying the conditions set forth in Articles VII and VIII that are within the control of TOG.

TOG Sellers and the Acquired Companies shall use its their commercially reasonable best efforts between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date to cooperate with Sellers and the Acquired Companies TOG for purposes of satisfying the conditions set forth in Articles VII and VIII that are within the control of TOGSellers or any Acquired Company.
