Electricity Appendix. The Lessee declares that it is aware that the Lessor holds exclusive rights towards Israel Electric Corp. in anything related to the supply of electricity to the Leased Premises and that the Lessor shall supply the electricity to the Leased Premises in the manner and under the terms set forth in Appendix D of the Agreement. It is agreed that the Lessee shall be entitled to supply electricity for itself during emergencies by an emergency generator the Lessee holds and the Lessor shall raise no arguments in connection therewith.
