Electronic Contracts. ‌ Each State Party shall adopt or maintain laws and regulations that: a. allow for contracts to be concluded by electronic means; and‌ b. do not deny the legal effect, enforceability, or validity of an electronic contract solely on the grounds that the contract has been concluded by electronic means.‌
