Common use of Electronic Conversion Fee Clause in Contracts

Electronic Conversion Fee. Vendor will pay the Electronic Vendor Fee as specified in Exhibit C at the time of the signing of the Agreement. Products available from Vendor will be installed on Electronic Reseller's server upon receipt of payment and fulfillment of other obligations made a part of this Agreement.
