Common use of Electronic Correspondence Clause in Contracts

Electronic Correspondence. The County agrees to create a #FRS.Bargaining Unit email group for official union correspondence sent to bargaining unit employees. The County agrees to update this email group at least two (2) times a year. Access to send correspondence to this group will be limited to the principal officers of the Union. The Union will notify the County at least one (1) time a year, usually in July, of the current principal officers of the Union.
