Electronic exchange of documents. In relation to the electronic exchange of documents (a) the Parties may exchange executed counterparts of this Agreement, or any other document required to be executed under this Agreement, by delivery from one party to the other party by emailing a pdf (portable document format) copy of the executed counterpart to that other party (“Electronic Delivery”), and (b) Electronic Delivery of an executed counterpart will be deemed effective delivery of the original executed counterpart, from the date and time of receipt by the other party.
