Electronic or Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed by electronic or facsimile signatures, each of which will be deemed an original and will be binding upon each of the undersigned as if signed in the original.
Electronic or Facsimile Signatures. Execution and delivery of this Agreement by electronic exchange or facsimile bearing the copies of a party’s signature shall constitute a valid and binding execution and delivery of this Agreement by such party.
