Common use of Electronic Ordering Clause in Contracts

Electronic Ordering. The parties may agree on ordering by electronic mail, at the email address provided by Avaya to Customer from time to time, or on other means of electronic communication. Any electronic Order will be binding upon Customer as if submitted in writing.
