If at any time this Warrant is rejected by any person (including but not limited to, paying or escrow agents) or any such person fails to comply with the terms of this Warrant based on this Warrant being presented to such person as an electronic record, a printout thereof, or any signature hereto being in electronic form, the Company, shall, promptly upon Holder’s request without indemnity, execute and deliver to Holder, in lieu of electronic original versions of this warrant, a new warrant of like tenor and amount in paper form with original signatures.
