Common use of Electronic Platform Clause in Contracts

Electronic Platform. The Client shall always use the trading platform made available by SICO and operated by the correspondent broker (the “Platform”) in accordance with the Platform’s own rules and regulations as published in the website of the Platform (in case of HTML-based web platform) or in the application enabling use of the Platform whether on personal computers, laptops or mobile devices. In particular, the Client shall safe keep all usernames, passwords, security tokens provided to him/her in order to enable access and shall duly read any disclosure document published on the Platform.
