Common use of Electronic Purchase Order Clause in Contracts

Electronic Purchase Order. At least one business day, but in no event less than 24 operating hours, in advance of each inbound shipment, CLIENT will provide detailed purchase order(s) (“PO”) in a mutually agreeable format via EDI that describes each shipment in reasonable detail, including, without limitation, description of each item, quantity of each item, and such other information as GEODIS may reasonably request.
