Electronic Signatures and Modifications to the Agreement Sample Clauses

The 'Electronic Signatures and Modifications to the Agreement' clause establishes that the parties may execute the agreement and any subsequent amendments using electronic signatures, which are legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures. This clause typically clarifies that documents can be signed and exchanged electronically, such as via email or secure online platforms, and that any changes to the agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties, whether electronically or physically. Its core function is to facilitate efficient and secure contract execution and modification, reducing delays and logistical barriers associated with traditional paper-based processes.
