Electronic Statements & Communications Clause Samples
The 'Electronic Statements & Communications' clause establishes that all official statements, notices, and communications between the parties may be delivered electronically rather than in paper form. This typically includes account statements, billing notices, disclosures, and other important information, which are sent via email or made available through secure online portals. By formalizing electronic delivery, the clause streamlines communication, reduces reliance on physical mail, and ensures timely and efficient information exchange.
