Electronic Statements. 7.1 You agree to accept such electronic statement(s) facility which may at any time and from time to time availed by the Bank for such Products and Services at such intervals and frequencies and by such means of delivery as the Bank may decide at its absolute discretion. Further the Bank has the discretion from time to time to modify, restrict, withdraw, cancel, suspend, terminate or discontinue your use of the electronic statement(s) facility and you understand that by using the electronic statement(s) facility after any modification or change has been effected, you are taken to have agreed to such modification or change. 7.2 The Bank reserves the right to impose such fees and charges for the use of the electronic statement(s) facility with your prior consent. 7.3 You agree that the availability of the electronic form of your respective Statements of Account on the corresponding statement dates (as determined by the Bank) shall be taken as the date of delivery of the Statements to you. 7.4 You agree that your use of the electronic statement(s) facility is to be in such manner as may be prescribed by the Bank from time to time. Electronic statements may be delivered to you through OCBC Online Banking, e-mail or such other means as the Bank may determine at its sole discretion and notified to you : (a) your statements may be availed through OCBC Online Banking, which is further subject to the terms and conditions governing OCBC Online Banking Services; (b) your statements may be delivered as attachments to your last known e-mail address registered with the Bank. You represent, warrant and covenant that you have provided to the Bank your e-mail address of which you are the registered or authorised user, or such other information requested by the Bank to ensure and facilitate the Bank’s delivery of the electronic statements including electronic Statements of Account, Confirmations and (where applicable) statements of Contracts to you. You understand that if you do not provide the required information, or if there is any inaccuracy in the information provided to the Bank or if the information is outdated, these may result in failure to deliver the electronic statements to you and/or delivery of the electronic statements to an unauthorized third party, at your risk and detriment and for which the Bank shall assume no responsibility. 7.5 You agree that it is your sole responsibility to update the Bank should there be any change of your information such as changes in your e-mail address, in order to ensure that the electronic statements shall continue to be delivered to you in a timely manner. The Bank shall be entitled to act on your last known information in the Bank’s records on the basis that such information remains correct, complete and updated, if you have not taken steps to update your information with the Bank through such channels availed and subject to such processes imposed by the Bank for updating and changing your information. 7.6 The Bank shall have absolute discretion to deliver (a) both paper and electronic statements or

Electronic Statements. 7.1 You A – Electronic Delivery and Notifications By signing up for electronic statement delivery, or “eStatements”, you accept the terms of this agreement, and hereby authorize Workers Credit Union to provide periodic financial statements to you electronically. This means that along with your statement you may also electronically receive any materials that would have gone out with the paper statement including disclosures and promotional materials. B – System Access Access to this service may be unavailable at times due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance or system outage. In addition, both environmental and physical events may occur that may cause the system to become unavailable. Workers Credit Union will make every reasonable effort to ensure optimum availability of this system. However, Workers Credit Union is in no way liable for the unavailability of the system or any damage that the electronic statements shall continue to be delivered to you in a timely manner. We will send this reminder to a working email address that you provide us. To access your statement you will be required to log in to Online Banking with your User Code and Password to view, download and/or print the electronic statement. It is your responsibility to protect your Online Banking User Code and Password from unauthorized persons. The use of the user code and password as a security measure supersedes any other security procedures in agreements you have with us relating to funds transfers such as an ACH Agreement. Electronic Statements. 7.1 There are three electronic statements that will be available to you through this contract: eStatements from OAS FCU, your mortgage loan statements from CUMA, and your Visa credit card monthly statements. Your eStatements will be available to you on the first day of each month through the Home Banking service. Each OAS FCU statement will remain up to 18 months in its memory, and you may request a paper copy of a statement at any time for which you will be charged a fee. If you request to receive your statements on paper, your eStatements service will be cancelled. Please set up your CUMA electronic statements in your Online Banking following these simple instructions. After that, your CUMA statements will be available to you on 17th day each month through the CUMA section of the Online Banking service. Each CUMA statement will remain up to 12 months in its memory, and you may request a paper copy of a statement at any time for which you may be charged a fee. If you request to receive your CUMA statements on paper, your electronic statements service will be cancelled. Please activate the delivery electronic statements for your OAS FCU Visa card following these easy instructions. Afterwards, your Visa electronic statements will available to you on the ezCardInfo section of your Online Banking platform. Later, if you request to receive your Visa statements on paper, your electronic credit card statements service will be cancelled. At any time, you may request from us a paper copy of any record, disclosure, or agreement, provided that we have made it available to you electronically; you may be charged a fee for such copy. You agree will be able to accept such obtain copies or receipts of Online Banking records, forms, and disclosures (not including your eStatements) through the Online Banking platform. Once or if the documents are unavailable through Online Banking, and if you wish for us to send you paper copies of those documents from our office, you must request them in writing from the department that processed your request; if unsure, contact our Member Services Department (see “How to contact OAS FCU” below). Exception: please be advised that for any requests that you make using DocuSign or Meridian Link, should you change your mind and want to switch to paper communications later on, any receipts will be delivered in electronic statement(s) facility which format only. If you decide to communicate, transact and/or receive electronic communications from us, you may at any time change your mind and from time tell us that thereafter you want to time availed by the Bank for such Products suspend electronic services and/or receive all required communications only in paper format. Therefore, you are solely responsible for promptly and timely sharing any inaccuracy in the account statement, any statement-related information provided to the Bank thereon, and any additional account communication with your joint account holder as needed or if the information is outdated, these may result in failure to deliver the electronic statements to you and/or delivery of the electronic statements to an unauthorized third party, at your risk and detriment and for which the Bank shall assume no responsibility. 7.5 You agree that it is your sole responsibility to update the Bank should there be any change of your information requested by such as changes in your e-mail address, in order to ensure that the joint account holder. All electronic statements shall continue to be delivered in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The provisions in this agreement are part of (and in supplement to) the bank's Terms and Conditions and all applicable disclosures we have previously provided to you for Depository Accounts. You acknowledge that your consent to electronic statements and communication is being provided in connection with a timely manner. The Bank shall be entitled to act on your last known information in the Bank’s records on the basis transaction affecting interstate commerce that such information remains correct, complete and updated, if you have not taken steps to update your information with the Bank through such channels availed and is subject to the federal Electronic Signatures in global and National Commerce Act. We reserve the right to discontinue E-Statements, or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic communications. We will provide you with notice of any such processes imposed termination or change as required by the Bank for updating and changing your informationlaw. 7.6 The Bank shall have absolute discretion to deliver (a) both paper and electronic statements or
