Electronic Transmittals. The parties shall conform to the following provisions together referred to as the Electronic Documents Protocol ("EDP" or "Protocol") for exchange of electronic transmittals. References to “Project” will mean the Specific Project, or the facilities program or other combination of projects undertaken with Engineer’s involvement, as the case may be.
