Sales Promotions In addition to decreasing prices for the balance of the Contract term due to a change in market conditions, the Contractor may conduct sales promotions involving price reductions for a specified lesser period. The Contractor must submit documentation identifying the proposed: (1) starting and ending dates of the promotion, (2) commodities or contractual services involved, and (3) promotional prices compared to then-authorized prices.
Promotion and Protection of Investments 1. Each Contracting Party shall encourage and create favourable conditions for investors of the other contracting party to make investments in its territory and, subject to its laws and regulations, shall admit such investments. 2. Investments of investors of each Contracting Party shall accord at all times fair and equitable treatment and shall enjoy full protection and security in the territory of the other contracting party. neither Contracting Party shall take any unreasonable or discriminatory measures the management, use, enjoyment or disposal of investments in its territory by investors of the other contracting party.
Description of Projects Services a. Project/Services to be performed by A-E shall consist of the work as specified herein and as required in Attachment A. If in the event Attachment A shall be in conflict with any provision of this Contract, the wording as set forth in Attachment A shall prevail. b. A-E shall be responsible for submitting all Projects/Services to County in a form which has been thoroughly reviewed and checked for completeness, accuracy and consistency by the registered professional named in Section 1.1.2 herein; and, any Projects/Services not meeting this requirement will be returned to A-E prior to review by County.
Maintenance of Profitability Seller shall not permit, for any Test Period, Net Income for such Test Period, before income taxes for such Test Period and distributions made during such Test Period, to be less than $1.00.
