Common use of Elevator Lobbies Clause in Contracts

Elevator Lobbies. On multi-tenant floors, elevator lobbies are to be finished in paint and resilient flooring, with cove and wall-mounted lighting. Adjacent corridors to be paint and resilient flooring, with linear lighting. On the single tenant floors elevator lobbies are to be delivered in a “shell” condition ready to receive Tenant specified finishes. The floor shall be concrete finished, and the walls shall be drywall, taped and spackled.
