Common use of Elevators Clause in Contracts

Elevators. Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service to the Premises 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; provided, however, Landlord may limit passenger elevator service during times other than Ordinary Business Hours. Landlord shall provide at least one freight elevator serving the Premises, available upon Tenant’s prior request, on a non-exclusive “first come, first serve” basis with other Building tenants, on all Business Days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding Tuesdays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, which hours of operation are subject to change.

Elevators. Landlord shall provide at least one freight elevator serving service for the Premises, available Premises upon Tenant’s prior request, on a non-exclusive “first come, first serve” basis with other Building tenants, on all Business Days during such reasonable hours and for such reasonable charge as Landlord establishes from 8:00 a.m. time to 5:00 p.m., excluding Tuesdays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, which hours of operation are subject to changetime.

Landlord shall provide at least one a freight elevator serving the PremisesPremises (which freight elevator also serves as an additional passenger elevator for the Building), available upon Tenant’s prior request, on a non-exclusive “first come, first serve” basis with other Building tenants, on all Business Days from 8:00 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 6:00 p.m., excluding Tuesdays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, which hours of operation are subject to change.
