Eligibility and Contributions. 12.5.2.1. All classified employees of the District (excluding substitutes) with one year of service within the District are eligible to contribute to the Bank. 12.5.2.2. All contributions to the Bank will be in the form of personal necessity days. 12.5.2.3. Participation is voluntary but requires contributions to the Bank. Only contributors will be permitted to withdraw from the Bank. 12.5.2.4.
