Common use of Eligibility and Qualification Clause in Contracts

Eligibility and Qualification. Bids shall be submitted by reputed solar installation company has a business registration in Sri Lanka for solar installation. Certificate of business registration issued by a government authority for companies / provincial register of business in the relevant field should be submitted. Bidder shall be registered in Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority. Bidder should have previous experience of at least five years in the installed and maintenance of net-metering solar systems in Sri Lanka. Bidder shall be provided total installed capacity within the country and list of the locations that the company has supplied and installed similar type of system as past experience. Bidder shall be submitted documents to prove technical and financial strength to execute this type of project and attend required after sales services. Bidder shall be submitted manufacture’s authorization certificate for the provided equipment. If bidder is unable to provide above documents will be rejected as non - responsive to the bid.
