Common use of Eligibility and Selection Clause in Contracts

Eligibility and Selection. Eligible teachers with thirty (30) or more years of Diocesan full- time teaching experience in the schools of the Diocese may choose to voluntarily resign their employment under the Separation Bonus Program (hereinafter “SBP”) and choose to receive one of the benefits set forth below. In order to be eligible for SBP benefits a teacher must (a) have thirty (30) or more years of Diocesan full-time teaching experience at the time of application, (b) apply for the SBP benefits in writing at their school no later than March 15 of the current school year (in order to apply for benefits at the end of the current school year), and
