Eligibility Determinations. The ▇▇▇▇ will review submitted the SF 1187 to confirm the employee’s bargaining unit eligibility. If the requesting employee is eligible, the ▇▇▇▇ will forward the SF 1187 to the Fort Leavenworth Civilian Pay Customer Service Representative (CSR) for processing within 5 business days of receipt. If the employee is determined not to be eligible for such allotment, the SF 1187 will be returned to the Union with reasons for the determination.
