Common use of Eligibility for Service Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Service. Commencing on the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Parties agree that only properties located within the corporate boundaries of both Parties will be eligible for the Offering of Service and/or Provision of Service in the Area through the Joint Assets, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
