Common use of Eligibility for Severance Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Severance. Eligibility for receipt of the items in Section 4(b)(i)(2) and 4(b)(ii)(2) above shall be conditioned on your (i) returning to NextCure promptly upon termination of your employment all of its property, including confidential information and all electronically stored information, and (ii) signing and not revoking the Separation Agreement and General Release.
