Eligibility for Use. Employees shall be eligible to use earned sick leave after 60 calendar days of service. Thereafter, sick leave may be used immediately after it is accrued for absences from work scheduled by Management. A maximum of forty (40) hours of sick leave per fiscal year is job protected sick leave Under Oregon Paid Sick Leave.
