Eligibility of expenditures. 2.2.1 Eligible expenditures cannot incur before the date when the Project contract is effective. 2.2.2 Eligible expenditures must be finalised by 30.4.2017. 2.2.3 Provision of 2.2.1 does not concern these types of expenditures: a) Expenditures connected to price assessment, b) Expenditures connected to public procurement. 2.2.4 Expenditures from article 2.2.3 cannot incur before the date when the Project acceptance decision was issued.
