ELIGIBILITY TO BID. 2.1 The bidder must be 18 years old and above, sound mind and not declared as bankrupt. 2.2 For Company bidder(s): The bidder must be incorporated under the laws of Malaysia and must not be in liquidation. 2.3 Be able to take, fulfil and perform all necessary actions, conditions and matters (including obtaining any necessary consents) in terms of law to enable E-bidder to participate in the public auction and complete the purchase in the event of successful bid. 2.4 E-Bidders’ eligibility requirements are also subject to the existing Federal and State legal provisions. ELIGIBILITY TO BID. 1. A Flight Attendant will be afforded the opportunity to bid a schedule at her/his domicile each month. To be eligible to bid, a Flight Attendant must: a. be current and qualified on the last business day at 1200 central time prior to the close of the PBS bid window; and b. submit her/his return to work from a medical leaves of absence and be cleared by the Company to return to work, no later than twenty- four (24) hours prior to the last business day prior to the close of the PBS bid window. 2. A Flight Attendant who is not eligible to bid a line will, as soon as possible after becoming available, coordinate her/his return to duty with the Inflight Department. At the discretion of Inflight Management, a returning Flight Attendant will be assigned a line (with trips, reserve days or both) with prorated days off.
ELIGIBILITY TO BID. Employees with no current written warning or probationary actions may apply for a job posting in the manner specified in the posting, and will be given first consideration (but Employer may simultaneously solicit outside applications). In addition, new employees are not eligible to apply for positions at other locations until the employee has completed one (1) year of service at the store where he/she was initially assigned unless the manager waives this requirement.
ELIGIBILITY TO BID. 1. Eligible to bid a. An IFC that is projected to be current and Qualified by the 22nd of the Bidding Month shall be eligible to bid. b. An IFC on a leave of absence must have a return to work date on or before the 22nd of the Bidding Month in order to bid. The IFC must provide return to work documentation to Inflight Leadership supporting her/his return to work at least forty- eight (48) hours prior to the Bid close. c. An IFC who is returning from a leave of absence as DEQ shall be eligible to bid as provided for in Article 15, Paragraph D.4. d. An IFC who is awarded a schedule but is not Qualified by the Operating Month, will have Pairing(s) or Reserve availability day(s) removed until Qualified. If removal occurs through no fault of the IFC, the IFC will be pay protected. 2. Ineligible to bid (LOA or Training) a. Once a Projected Line Holder IFC who was ineligible to bid becomes Qualified and is notified of her/his release to the line, she/he shall have the option to choose either of the following for schedule construction: i. Add Pairings from Open Time and/or the TradeBoard. The required credit hours for the active month and future month if a schedule was not awarded will be prorated based on the following: Days Available Required Credit Hours ii. Upon the return to work, an IFC who cannot build her/his current month’s line up to the minimum required credit hours within 5 (five) Calendar Days after the IFC has become active in the system will have Reserve days added to her/his schedule until the value of the line meets or exceeds the required credit hours. iii. For the future month, the IFC will have seven (7) Calendar Days from the opening of the First Come, First Serve Window to build her/his line. This does not prohibit the IFC from picking up Pairings during the Seniority Based Pickup Windows or from the IFC Tradeboard. An IFC who cannot build her/his line up to the minimum required credit hours within seven (7) Calendar Days will have Reserve days added until the value of the line meets or exceeds the required credit hours. iv. When availability during a Bid Period is reduced for any reason (e.g. leave of absence, Military Duty, Extended Training, etc.) monthly minimum hour requirements will be prorated in accordance with the table in this Article 9, Paragraph D.2.a.i. above. b. Construct a Reserve schedule based on the prorated chart in this Article 9, Paragraph G.3. c. Provided the IFC submits her/his preferences within twenty- four (24) hours...

To be eligible to bid, a Flight Attendant must: a. be current and qualified on the last business day at 1200 central time prior to the close of the PBS bid window; and b. submit her/his return to work from a leave of absence and be cleared by the Company to return to work, no later than the last business day at 1200 central time prior to the close of the PBS bid window. 2. A Flight Attendant who is not eligible to bid a line will, as soon as possible after becoming available, coordinate her/his return to duty with the Inflight Department. A Flight Attendant who would have been a Regular Lineholder shall jointly construct a regular line from Open Time/withheld time with prorated days off in accordance with the chart specified in C.3.a., above. If there are insufficient trips available, the Flight Attendant’s line may be constructed with available trips and/or reserve days. If the Flight Attendant would have been on reserve status, she/he will be constructed a reserve line with prorated days off in accordance with the chart in C.3.a., above. A Flight Attendant’s preference for days off will be taken into consideration. A Flight Attendant who fails to coordinate her/his return to duty in accordance with this paragraph within forty-eight (48) hours after becoming available will be assigned a line (with trips, reserve days or both) with prorated days off, at the discretion of Inflight management. The Company will establish written procedures for Flight Attendants returning from leave.
ELIGIBILITY TO BID. Teachers on unrequested leave of absence shall not be eligible to bid for positions under the provisions of this article until they have been recalled to a position of at least the percent of time of the position to which they would bid.
ELIGIBILITY TO BID. 28 a. A line may be bid by a pilot who is currently qualified for the position to which 29 he is assigned on the date the bids are due and who is anticipated to be 30 available to fly at least fifty percent (50%) of the month. A pilot who has 31 vacation for more than fifty percent (50%) of a month will not be disqualified 32 from bidding a line solely because he has vacation. 33 b. A pilot who is not eligible to bid a line pursuant to paragraph D.1.a., above, 34 will, as soon as possible after becoming available, coordinate his return to 35 duty with Crew Scheduling by jointly constructing with Crew Scheduling a 36 regular line from open time with prorated days off in accordance with the chart 37 in Section 12. If there are insufficient trips in open time, a pilot will be 1 assigned a reserve line with prorated days off. Such pilot’s preference for days 2 off will be taken into consideration in making such an assignment. A pilot who 3 fails to coordinate his return to duty with Crew Scheduling in accordance with this 4 paragraph within twenty-four (24) hours after becoming available may be 5 assigned a regular or reserve line with prorated days off. A pilot completing 6 initial, transition, upgrade, differences, or requalification training will be “available” 7 for the purposes of this paragraph when he is released by the Training 8 Department, and he will receive a copy of the written verification of his release.
ELIGIBILITY TO BID. All eligible Flight Attendants may bid for lines within their domicile.
ELIGIBILITY TO BID. .a A Pilot attending Initial, Transition, Upgrade training (from the beginning of ground school to completion of OE, including the submission of completed training paperwork) or Differences training that includes an OE requirement, will not bid a schedule for the bid period if the OE portion of the training is scheduled to occur during the bid period, or if two or more calendar weeks of training are scheduled.
