Common use of Eligible Accounts and Eligible Inventory Clause in Contracts

Eligible Accounts and Eligible Inventory. All Accounts and Inventory represented by the Borrower at any time as being eligible for lending purposes hereunder including, upon each borrowing hereunder, shall constitute Eligible Accounts and Eligible Inventory, respectively.
