Eligible Customer. “Eligible Customer” means, collectively, the Client, Affiliates of Client and other entities, including public, quasi-public or private entities whom Client deems as entitled to receive the Services under this Agreement. Any Client Affiliate or entity other than the Client wishing to receive the benefits of Vendor’s performance of the Services or provisions of the Deliverables under this Agreement shall be required to execute a an applicable addendum or confirming such entity’s willingness and ability to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
