Eligible List. EMS Interns who meet the requirements specified in Section 26.02, above, may be placed on a ranked eligibility list for hire as a Firefighter Cadet (the “EMS Intern List”) that is separate and distinct from the list developed from the candidates who took the civil service examination for the classification of Firefighter Cadet. The panel tasked with selecting and ranking the EMS Interns who will be placed on the EMS Intern List shall include at least one person appointed by Local 82.
