Common use of Eligible Lists Clause in Contracts

Eligible Lists. The eligibility list for the classifications of Chief Officer, Fire Captain, Fire Lieutenant, and Fire Equipment Operator shall be effective for a four (4) year period. The lists for Fire Lieutenant and Fire Captain and Chief Officer will be in effect from April 1 through March 31. The Fire Equipment Operator eligible list will be in effect from June 1 through May 31.

The lists for Fire Lieutenant and Fire Captain and Battalion Chief Officer will be in effect from April 1 through March 31. The Fire Equipment Operator eligible list will be in effect from June 1 through May 31.. All remaining eligible lists would remain in effect for one year from the date of the final publishing and posting in accordance with Section 5H.
