Eligible Source Countries Sample Clauses

The 'Eligible Source Countries' clause defines which countries are approved as sources for goods, materials, or services under a contract. Typically, this clause lists specific countries or regions from which suppliers may source products, or it may exclude certain countries due to legal, regulatory, or policy reasons. By clearly identifying acceptable source countries, the clause helps ensure compliance with trade laws, sanctions, or organizational policies, and mitigates risks associated with sourcing from restricted or high-risk jurisdictions.
