Common use of Eligible Uses of Grant Clause in Contracts

Eligible Uses of Grant. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s use of the Grant moneys is limited to those expenditures necessary to implement the Project and that are eligible under applicable federal and State of California law. Furthermore, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s expenditure of Grant moneys must be in accordance with the Project budget and narrative (the “Budget”) set forth within this agreement. Grantee may not transfer Grant moneys between or among Budget line items.
