Elimination and Replacement. If the average straight-time hourly earnings of the Employees paid under a particular incentive plan, for the pay periods ended during the preceding calendar quarter, are lower than or equal to the standard hourly wage rates of such Employees, the Company may eliminate such plan provided the Management replaces such plan with a new or adjusted plan in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (b) of this Section. 05.02.14
