Elimination or Modification of Restrictions. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of this Article X, the Board of Directors may amend this Agreement without the consent of any Person to eliminate or modify any restriction on substitution of Members or assignment of Shares at such time as the restriction is no longer necessary or advisable.
