Email Encryption. VIPRE encrypts all emails properly marked for encryption by Customer. VIPRE guarantees that 100% of emails marked for encryption will be sent as encrypted emails. A SLA Failure has occurred if an email marked for encryption is sent as unencrypted. VIPRE guarantees a 99.9% Availability Percentage for the encryption service and its web interface. Tables 4 and 5 apply.
