Email Filtering. The email filtering service includes the provisioning and configuration of a mail filtering (Spam Protection) system. The Supplier will fully manage the system including 10 changes per month. Additional changes may be subject to a charge. Changes include white/blacklisting, release of quarantined items etc. Charging is variable, based on number of mailboxes detected.
Email Filtering. All Supplier Personnel will have approved email filtering software that limits SpamWare, malware, or other malicious code transmitted through email installed on all computing resources and devices used while providing the Services.
Email Filtering. Company may filter out and not deliver Client emails it believes, in its discretion, may harm the reputation of its SaaS, email service, or IP addresses. If emails are not delivered for this reason, non-delivered emails shall count toward Client’s monthly charges as though they were delivered.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Encryption The Fund acknowledges and agrees that encryption may not be available for every communication through the System, or for all data. The Fund agrees that Custodian may deactivate any encryption features at any time, without notice or liability to the Fund, for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or troubleshooting the System or the Software.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store County PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the County Information Security Office.

  • Images If applicable, the CONSULTANT is prohibited from capturing on any visual medium images of any property, logo, student, or employee of the DISTRICT, or any image that represents the DISTRICT without express written consent from the DISTRICT.
