Common use of Email Newsletters Clause in Contracts

Email Newsletters. Any email newsletters sent to AOL Members by ICP or its agents shall (i) be subject to AOL's policies on use of the email functionality, including but not limited to AOL's policy on unsolicited bulk email, (ii) be sent only to AOL Members requesting to receive such newsletters, (iii) not contain Content which violates AOL's Terms of Service, and (iv) not contain any advertisements, marketing or promotion for any other Interactive Service.

Any email newsletters sent to AOL Members Users by ICP HS or its agents shall (i) be subject to AOL's ’s then current policies on use of the email functionality, including but not limited to AOL's ’s then current policy on unsolicited bulk email, (ii) be sent only to AOL Members Users requesting to receive such newsletters, (iii) not contain Content which violates AOL's ’s Terms of Service, and (iv) not contain any advertisementsAdvertisements, marketing or promotion for any other third-party Interactive Service.

Any email newsletters sent to AOL Members by ICP AOLA or its agents shall (ia) be subject to AOL's ’s policies on use of the email functionality, including but not limited to AOL's ’s policy on unsolicited bulk email, ; (iib) be sent only to AOL Members requesting to receive such newsletters, ; (iiic) not contain Content content which violates AOL's Terms ’s terms of Service, service; and (ivd) not contain any advertisements, marketing or promotion for any other Interactive Service.
