Common use of Embarkation and Disembarkation Clause in Contracts

Embarkation and Disembarkation. The Vessel will dock at the times stated on the booking confirmation or as close to such times as reasonably practicable. All guests have 15 minutes to board and 15 minutes to disembark from the times stated in the booking confirmation. Any time in excess of the designated disembarkation time may be charged at a pro-rata hourly rate.
