Embedded Software. Our Products may contain embedded software. You agree that: (a) Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇ Inc and its licensors own the copyrights and other intellectual property in and to the embedded software; (b) you are licensed only to use the embedded software with our Product in which the embedded software resides; (c) you will not copy, modify, de-compile, or otherwise attempt to unbundle, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the embedded software, except as permitted by applicable law; (d) you will not distribute or otherwise disclose the embedded software (or any portion thereof) to any other person; and
