Common use of EMC Project Fund Clause in Contracts

EMC Project Fund. The Participating Jurisdictions agree to establish a Project Fund to support the work of the EMC. 1. The Project Fund will be established and maintained by the County as a revolving fund account. 2. All contributions made to the EMC consistent with Section VIII below will be deposited into the Project Fund. 3. Expenditures from the Project Fund will be at the discretion of the Executive Committee representatives from the Participating Jurisdictions making financial contributions to the EMC. 4. Project funds in the account at the end of a Fiscal Year will be carried forward to the next Fiscal Year.
