Emergency Arrangements. (a) PPP Co. acknowledges that in respect of the carrying out of the Project there may be a requirement for Staff to work outside normal working hours and will make arrangements to provide out of hours Emergency cover (at no cost to the Authority). (b) Where an Emergency occurs during normal working hours Staff should be diverted from their normal duties (at not cost to the Authority) to deal with it but PPP Co. will procure that the carrying out of the Project is not thereby affected.
