Common use of Emergency Communications Clause in Contracts

Emergency Communications. The Customer and Distributor represent that the appropriate communication channels for Emergency Communications are as set out in Schedule “F” under each party. The Customer and Distributor shall keep such information updated at all times. Either Contact from the Customer shall be available twenty four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week using the communication means as specified by Distributor. Distributor reserves the right to specify the communication platform, hardware, bandwidth, wavelength and/or protocol if the system provided by the Customer is not sufficient to meet the needs of an emergency communication system. Distributor shall determine the reasonable requirements of the emergency communication system. The cost to supply, install and maintain the communication equipment shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
