Emergency Contacts. Each party shall notify the other party within a reasonable time following its discovery of any dangerous, potentially damaging, or other material malfunction of the System or any significant interruption in the delivery of bio-methane or electricity from the System. Each party shall designate and advise the other party of one (1) or more personnel to be notified in the event of such an emergency (each an “Emergency Contact Party” on a generic basis).
