Emergency Coordinator. The Contractor shall designate an emergency coordinator. The emergency coordinator ( 40 CFR §§264.55/265.55) is responsible for assessing emergency situations and making decisions to respond. There shall be at least one employee either on the Storage Facility premises or on call to fill this role. This person shall have the authority to commit the resources needed to carry out the contingency plan.
