Emergency Entry. Landlord and its agents may enter the Premises at any time in case of emergency and shall have the right to use any and all means which Landlord may deem proper to open such doors during an emergency in order to obtain entry to the Premises. Any entry to the Premises obtained by Landlord in the event of an emergency shall not, under any circumstances, be construed or deemed to be a forcible or unlawful entry into, or detainer of, the Premises, or to be an eviction of Tenant from the Premises or any portion thereof.
