Common use of Emergency Orders Clause in Contracts

Emergency Orders. Emergency Orders may be placed occasionally. The Contractor is expected to make delivery within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. If the Contractor cannot provide the supplies within the emergency delivery period the District has the option to purchase those supplies from another source with no penalty to either party.
