Common use of Emergency Placement Clause in Contracts

Emergency Placement. A ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth/NMD placed into a Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) on an emergency basis prior to a determination by the Interagency Placement Committee that the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth/NMD qualifies for STRTP level of services.
