Emergency Powers. In the event of an emergency, or where Franchisee’s cable system creates or is contributing to an imminent danger to health, safety, or property, or an unauthorized use of property, the Franchisee shall remove or relocate any or all parts of Franchisee’s cable system at the request of the City. If the Franchisee fails to comply with the City’s request, the City may remove or relocate any or all parts of the Franchisee’s cable system upon reasonable notice to the Franchisee.
