The Company will provide training to members of the in application and/or other programs as iden- tified as critical to a maximum of three (3) employees within each operating unit for an average of six (6) hours per month. members will he supplied five (5) shirts annually and one jacket every three (3) years identifying them as members of the In situations where the deterio- ration of protective footwear is a direct result of partici- pating in emergency responses, the Company will replace the footwear. Employees who have dependent children attending col- lege or university on a full-time basis are eligible for a one-time scholarship per dependent child during the life of agreement.
